Our Website Process

Phase 1: Market Research, SEO Research, & Strategy

Our marketing strategist spends the first week of your project researching your market and competition, devising a website marketing strategy, and researching effective SEO strategies for your website. You receive a Website Strategy & SEO Report.

Phase 2: Content Writing & Image Collection

Our copywriter spends the second week of your project using the strategy created in Phase 1 to write all of the copy for your website. Your business has a two hour website photo shoot, and our graphic designer creates your branding kit. You receive a copy of the website content for your review.

Phase 3: Web Development

Our web developer/designer spends the next phase of the project (either 1, 2, or 4 weeks, depending on the size of the project) developing and designing your website.

Phase 4: Website Review and Launch

You’ll receive a custom link to a preview of your website for your review. You can submit any changes that you would like and we will quickly make those changes. Then, it’s time for launch!

Phase 5: Care

During the care phase, we will stay in regular contact with you, keeping your website updated with fresh content, taking care of monthly maintenance and security updates for your website, and sending you a monthly website traffic analytics report, showing you how many people are visiting your website and where the traffic is coming from.
